Preparation: 1 - Peel the potatoes, wipe them. Cut the earthy parts off the mushrooms. Wash, wipe and slice them. 2 - Grease the dish with one spoonful of margarine. Spread the potatoes and mushrooms in the dish. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with the thyme, breadcrumbs and add the remaining margarine cut into small pieces. 3 - Bake in a preheated oven (thermostat 6/8 for 45 minutes to one hour. If the top browns too quickly, cover with foil. Delicious served with a salad. |
